Email
Usage and Broadcasts
Commercial advertisements are unwelcome in most User groups
and on most email mailing lists. Inappropriate posting
may result in account suspension or cancellation. See
the newsgroups or mailing list's charter for whether advertising
is accepted or not. "Spamming," or sending a
message to numerous different off-topic newsgroups, is
especially unethical and will be treated as such. Dedicated
server clients and co-location clients can send email
with the use of bulk email software only with the consent
of SkyWeb Internet Solutions management.
Sending a message, notably an advertisement, to several
recipients, is also considered spamming unless the individuals
have precisely requested to be added to a mailing list
on that topic. Email was not intended to be a broadcast
medium. SkyWeb Internet Solutions will not tolerate any abuse of
it's email system. File transfers, mailing list broadcasts
and any other action deemed by SkyWeb Internet Solutions to be inappropriate
will result in account suspension and/or termination.

Account and FTP abuse
SkyWeb Internet Solutions clientele are privileged to be offered
limitless traffic, where applicable, for their web sites.
It is SkyWeb Internet Solutions intent to serve web documents. All
web pages (html) must be "linked" with files
stored on SkyWeb Internet Solutions server. Web sites that are found
to contain either no html documents, or a great number
of unlinked files are subject to warning, suspension
or revocation at the discretion of SkyWeb Internet Solutions administration.
All FTP sessions are logged, if you do not agree with
this policy then please contact SkyWeb Internet Solutions before
purchasing an account. Uploading and/or downloading
of illegal, copyrighted or licensed software for the
purposes of distribution and/or personal use will not
be tolerated and will result in immediate account suspension
and/or termination.

Cancellation
Safe2host reserves the right to cancel service at any
time. All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be
quarterly and paid by SkyWeb Internet Solutions if SkyWeb Internet Solutions initiates
it's right of cancellation. If cancellation is caused
by clientele breach of these policies, then no refund
is due.
Clientele can cancel service any time then current quarter
amount will deducted and balance amount will be paid by
SkyWeb Internet Solutions through cheque within 60 days from the receipt
of cancellation. |
Refusal or discontinuance of service
Safe2host reserves the right to refuse or discontinue
service to anyone at SkyWeb Internet Solutions's sole discretion.
SkyWeb Internet Solutions may deny you access to all or part of the
service without notice if you engage in any conduct or
activities that SkyWeb Internet Solutions in its sole discretion believes
violates any of the terms and conditions in this agreement.
SkyWeb Internet Solutions shall have no responsibility to notify any
third-party providers of services, merchandise, or information,
nor any responsibility for any consequences resulting
from such discontinuance or lack of notification. You
agree that SkyWeb Internet Solutions has the right to monitor the
service electronically from time to time and to disclose
any information as necessary to satisfy the law, or to
protect itself or its subscribers. SkyWeb Internet Solutions reserves
the right to refuse to post or to remove any information
or materials, in whole or in part, that, in its sole discretion,
are unacceptable, undesirable, or in violation of this
agreement. |
Lawful
Intent
Safe2host reserves the right to deny service to anyone.
Customers may only use SkyWeb Internet Solutions web hosting account(s),
dedicated server(s), co-location service(s) and email
service(s) for lawful purpose. Transference of any information
in violation of any Federal, State or Local laws is forbidden.
This includes, but is not restricted to copyrighted data,
information legally judged to be threatening or obscene,
and information protected by privacy rights. SkyWeb Internet Solutions
prohibits anyone from using SkyWeb Internet Solutions web hosting
account(s), dedicated server(s), co-location service(s)
and email service(s) for the reproduction, dispersing,
storing, processing, or handling in any way obscene or
pornographic material, or any other data which we believe
to be unacceptable, including, but not restricted to,
pornography, malicious materials, and any and all information
of an adult nature. The designation of any information
as regards to above is left completely to the option of
SkyWeb Internet Solutions administration. SkyWeb Internet Solutions web hosting
account(s) are designed for the buyer only. Customers
cannot sublease, or grant control of any share of SkyWeb Internet Solutions
web hosting account(s). If one does the aforementioned,
termination of services is likely. |
Indemnity
Customer agrees that it will protect, indemnify, save
and hold SkyWeb Internet Solutions harmless from any and all stipulations,
arrears, losses, expenses and assertions, as well as rational
attorney's fees declared against SkyWeb Internet Solutions , its representatives,
its customers, and administration that may arise or result
from any service provided or executed or agreed to be
executed or any product sold by customer, it's agents,
employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify
and hold harmless SkyWeb Internet Solutions against liabilities arising
out of any injury to person or property caused by any
products sold or distributed in association with SkyWeb Internet Solutions
services, any material furnished by customer encroaching
or supposedly encroaching on the exclusive rights of a
third party, copyright violation and any defective products
sold to customer from SkyWeb Internet Solutions services. |

No Interference with operation of system
You agree not to maliciously or intentionally interfere
with the proper operation of the system, including but
not limited to defeating identification procedures,
obtaining access beyond that which you are authorized
for, and impairing the availability, reliability, or
quality of service for other customers. You further
agree not to interfere with the proper operation of
other systems reachable through the Internet, including
any attempt at unauthorized access. You agree to follow
the Acceptable Use Policy of any network or service
you connect to. You agree to adhere to system policies
as published online time to time by SkyWeb Internet Solutions, including
restrictions on services available with each account
type, restrictions on certain features, and all other
policies designed to protect and enhance the quality
and reliability of service at SkyWeb Internet Solutions You agree
to abide by any and all future SkyWeb Internet Solutions policy
decisions.

Specific Acceptable Use Policies
SkyWeb Internet Solutions will firmly react to any use or attempted
use of an Internet account or computer without the owner's
permission. Password cracking, security hole scanning
and other related uses will not be tolerated. Any unauthorized
use of accounts or computers by a SkyWeb Internet Solutions customer,
whether or not the attacked account or computer belongs
to SkyWeb Internet Solutions , will result in action against the assailant.
Possible responses include warnings, account suspension
or nullification, and civil or criminal legal action,
according to the severity of the attack. |
DNS Policies
SkyWeb Internet Solutions does not delegate authority of its address
space to anyone for any purpose. SkyWeb Internet Solutions will provide
all reverse DNS entries for address space as long as the
DNS entry does not contain profanity or terminology that
SkyWeb Internet Solutions deems offensive in nature. SkyWeb Internet Solutions
will not provide reverse DNS for "vanity" domains.

Payment Policies
Setup fees and first month(s) or quarterly or yearly payments
must be prepaid for any of SkyWeb Internet Solutions services and
are nonrefundable. Payment is due each anniversary month,
quarter year, or year(s) period following the date the
account was established. A Rs.500/- or 10% of the amount
whichever is higher will be charged as late fee to accounts
past due more than 10 calendar days from the due date.
Any account not brought current within 20 days of due
date is subject to suspension and/or termination. There
will be a Rs.1000/- charge to reinstate accounts that
have been terminated. The customer is responsible for
all currency owed on the account from the time it was
instituted to the time that the customer notifies SkyWeb Internet Solutions
in writing for a request for termination of services.
Returned checks will be assessed a Rs. 500/- charge. Bank
Transfers will be assessed an additional Rs. 1200/- fee
per month to cover bank costs. All payment is in Indian
currency. |
Security
You agree that the security of your account is solely
your own responsibility.
